Our Team

Andrew Poling, co-founder, holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University and has spent his career immersed in the construction and design industry. Beginning with hands-on remodeling and design work at a young age, Andrew steadily advanced into executive leadership, ultimately serving as President of Operations for a major prefabricated building company. His expertise in architectural systems, project execution, and operational leadership ensures each TriBuilt project is delivered with precision, efficiency, and uncompromising quality.

Adam Lawrence, co-founder, earned his degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and was raised in a family deeply rooted in construction. After beginning his career as an engineer, Adam returned to his agricultural roots to design and build Pembroke Pointe Show Stables, a premier equestrian facility recognized for its thoughtful design and craftsmanship. He went on to contribute to the design and development of additional high end equestrian and estate properties, where he developed a reputation for integrating engineering discipline with refined, functional design.

In late 2025, Andrew and Adam formally established TriBuilt Group, uniting their experience to create a firm dedicated to serving discerning clients. Their shared vision was to provide a fully integrated design-build approach, one that offers continuity, accountability, and elevated attention to detail throughout every phase of a project.
