Located in Lewisberry, near Wellsville and Gifford Pinchot State Park, the Roundtop Retreat project is an 800-square-foot addition and exterior renovation that transformed an existing home into a cohesive, unified structure. Board and batten siding was carried across both the original home and the addition, complemented by a continuous stone wainscot, metal shake accents, and a cedar band that creates a refined transition between materials.

The addition includes a new primary suite with a custom bathroom featuring a cast iron tub, tile shower, and heated floors, along with a dedicated laundry room and a vaulted entry that enhances the sense of arrival. The result is a balanced, highly functional space paired with an exterior that elevates both the character and long-term performance of the home.
